Jeffery S. Bailey
Jeff has developed trusted relationships throughout domestic and international almond and walnut production channels. His buyer focus is North America and Europe. His unique skills in customer service, networking and creating long-term business relationships have provided an excellent foundation in the fostering of almond and walnut handlers and buys word-wide.
Jeff previously had a successful career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. He graduated from Fresno State university with degrees in business and speech communication. While at Fresno State, he was a quarterback on the Bulldog football team and continued his football career living and playing in Europe. Jeff lives in Fresno, California, with his wife and two sons.
Christopher T. Hecker
Chris maintain significant relationships with California almond and walnut industry handlers, along with buyers and traders throughout the world. His buyer focus is in Asia and the Middle East. He specializes in the logistics of the supply chain and has implemented a cutting-edge, cloud-based shipment process management system. This system allows CAT employees to closely track the shipping process and proactively manage complex processing, shipping and payment tasks.
Chris has extensive experience in land development in the United States and Asia. He has lived and worked in Asia where he successfully implemented western management systems in multicultural environments.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics from University of California Berkeley, and an MBA with a concentration in international business from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He lives in Fresno, California, and his wife and three sons.
